ABC Diet - Day One - 500 calories

Breakfast:

  • four ricecakes (96)
  • one slice of cheese (100)
  • one tablespoon of cream cheese (85)
  • one tablespoon of sugar free marmelade (39)

Lunch:

  • two kiwis (80)
  • half of a grapefruit (52)

    Dinner:

    • two ricecakes (48)
    • one tablespoon of sugar free marmelade (39)

    Total: 539 calories.

    Went slightly over the limit, but I’m gonna exercise before I go to bed, so it’s fine I think. For some reason I just feel like I’ve ate too much.
