Just had dinner and oh my god, I feel sooo full! I’m also glad I stayed under 300 calories, because I usually fuck up on the third day and now I’m proud I’ve made it ;). Probably gonna stay up all night and study for my exam tomorrow. Cigarettes and Coffee all night - woohoo!
ABC Diet - Day Two - 500 calories.
Breakfast:
- three ricecakes (72)
- one tablespoon of sugar free marmelade (39)
- onehundret grams of cherry tomatoes (17)
- half of a yellow pepper (25)
Lunch:
- twohundret and fifty grams of mushrooms (48)
- three carrots (80)
- onehundret and fifty grams of cherry tomatoes (25.5)
Dinner:
- two ricecakes (48)
- one slice of cheese (116)
- half of a tablespoon of cream cheese (35)
Total: 505.5 calories.

Today was pretty easy. I had the most filling lunch EVER. Mushrooms have so little calories yet they’re so delicious! Exercised a little bit before I had breakfast (Crunches, etc.) and gonna do some more before I go to bed. Tomorrow’s gonna be a little difficult for me, I’m only allowed to have 300 calories. I think I’m just gonna skip dinner, but well we’ll see :)

Went slightly over the limit, but I’m gonna exercise before I go to bed, so it’s fine I think. For some reason I just feel like I’ve ate too much.
